With more than 20 years of experience in real estate, sales, leadership, training, marketing, and coaching, Lisa understands what it feels like to carry the vision for a business while also managing the daily responsibilities required to keep it moving. Her coaching is practical, encouraging, and personalized. She helps clients identify what is holding them back, simplify what feels overwhelming, and create a clear plan for moving forward.
My Story I started Good News Coaching because I believe business owners deserve more than another complicated strategy or overwhelming list of tasks. They deserve someone in their corner. Throughout my career, I have recruited and trained hundreds of professionals, created dozens of training programs, managed teams and offices, and coached individuals from the beginning stages of their careers to multimillion-dollar production. But the most meaningful part of my work has always been helping people recognize their potential and take practical steps toward it. I know that business growth is not only about sales, marketing, or productivity. It is also about building strong relationships, creating reliable systems, serving people well, and designing a business that supports the life you want to live. That belief is at the heart of Good News Coaching.
